Post-workout shake with dextrose - dangerous ?

Hey i have a question. Im very skinny and also very active person, so i want to build muscle but i need to eat a lot. I never used supplements (yes, whey protein sometimes, but just like 1-2 scoops to my oats per week). But now im eating really a lot of food and im really tired of it. I never used PWO shake, always just a meal an hour post workout. Now im wondering about having post-workout shake made of just 1-2 scoops of whey protein and like 30-40 grams of dextrose/maltodextrin before my PWO meal, because it could really help me. I dont believe that its necessary for building muscle, but i want to have it because its easy to digest and its easy way how to increase my calorie intake. BUT im eating really healthy, i dont eat sweets, pizzas etc. and you know dextrose/maltodextrin its healthy maybe less than snickers bar :D So my question is - is it really unhealthy that dextrose/maltodextrin ? I dont want to drink it everyday, just 3 times a week after my workout , i dont know, maybe im just obsessed xD but can it harm me ? Thanks

BTW: How many of that maltodextrin would be ok ? I was wondering about 30-40 grams ? I train hard for like 1-1,5 hour
