I know everyone on here knows about the bodybuilding staple of oats but I have to say that I freaking love oats. It is seriously one of the very VERY FEW foods where the recommended serving size is actually satisfying and enough for me.
1/2 cup tides me over for a lot longer than other foods. Lately ive been putting in a 1/2 cup of strawberries and some cinnamon. Makes an actual meal for a decent sized person for only 185cals!
