I’ve been eating 4000 calories every single day consistently for a week, weighing out my food and ticking off the day on my notes when I have reached my calorie goal. I stand at around 5 feet 9 inches and weigh 150 pounds after waking up. I’ve not gained weight at all. Is it time to increase my calories?!
