I've been been waking lately sweating profusely and having intense carb cravings especially bread or any kind of white pastry. I run 3-4 days per week and strength train 4 days a week. I've already moved my evening meal to right before bed but no luck. Do you think my diet is too restrictive or I'm lacking nutrients? Or something else? Very good to follow a diet during the day but the cravings are too intense to resist so I cave usually. Diet is 2800 cals a day. Oats and protein for breakfast, protein shake mid lunch, brown rice, asparagus, peas, pesto and steak burgers for lunch, protein shake around 2, oats and protein around 3, protein shake and an apple before working out, protein shake and blueberries post workout, oats and protein around 8, dinner is sweet potatoes,peas,broccoli and steak burgers around half 9..
