Sorry if this has been answered before. I couldn't think how to search for it.
My question is this. I would like to lose 20lbs (180 >>160). I am cutting with a max 1800 calories a day.
I have no problem hitting my protein (often 200 gms a day) and fats are easy also. I don't, however, eat carbs beyond fibrous veg (lots of kale and spinach). No oats, beans, fruits. Should I be concerned I am getting too low carb intake? Today, for example I ate 186 gms of protein, 55 gms of fats, and 42 gms of carbs. Total calories about 1500.
If I hit my protein macros, does it matter during a cut whether you hit carb minimum macros???
