Macros bad calories good

So I had a training all day today at work that threw off my diet.

I hit my calories 2600 but the macros were bad

145g protein vs 230g
130g fat vs 110g
220g carbs vs 170g

Will a day like this mess me up or is it good enough that I hit my calorie goal for the day?
