"IF" when to break fast ?

Hello everyone, i just want to ask something. I do intermittent fasting, i use this metod when im cutting, because i like it. I just wonder about 1 thing ... yes, my main goal is to lose fat, not to gain musle, so im in caloric deficit, but how should i time my "fast break" food ? I train fasted in the morning , so what is better, should i have a fast break meal right after my workout, or can i break my fast like 3 hours after my workout ? I mean i heard that you can burn more fat if you dont eat anything after your training, but on the other hand, ppl are saying that if you trained fasted a wont be eating after your workout, you can lose muscle ...

So question -> should i break my fast right after my workout, or it does not matter and i can break my fast even for example 2-3 hours post workout ? Thanks
