I’m always torn with the idea of consuming fruit. I’ve gained about 5 pounds and am trying to shed them as quick as possible. I’m thinking to eliminate all fruit and have as little carbs as possible- getting them through my veggies and
sprouted bread.
Will I get the “quick” results this way? Would having ONE banana a day really be so bad?! Lol.
