I try to eat 1500 calories a day but sometimes I do fine with less, my main goal is to keep protein high as it makes me fuller for longer and to preserve muscle.
This is for the month of May I started dieting without exercise on April so it has been 1 month and 7 days of dieting right now.
Current weight: 125.1kg
Starting weight: 140kg
Goal weight (end of year): 100kg
I am thinking of taking vitamin c tablets as I don't eat much fruit and i read that u can lose ur teeth from vitamin c deficiency.
