I know some people say so long as your net calories are less than what you need to maintain your weight, you'll lose weight. It won't matter where those calories come from.
But can this really be true?
Let's say I need 2500 cals per day to maintain, and each day I eat 2200 cals of the following:
Coca cola (Carbs)
Tuna (protein)
Coconut oil (fats)
Surely even though I'm in a 300 cals deficiet, I'm not gonna lose weight on this? I know there's the issue of vitamins and minerals but I'm just talking strictly weight loss/gain.
