Hello there folks...,
Now I have been struggling mentally with my diet. For over 6 months now I have been doing the following.I am 183 cm 85 kg with 13% BF and 25 years old.
I have been following a 2000 cals a day diet that typically looks like this.
225g carbs
185g protein
44g fats
99% of the time I would end my day at 1500ish cals with atleast 110g of carbs left and 16g fats,I only hit my protein.
I lift 6 days a week (Doing PPL) workout lasts about an hour, and then I hit the treadmill for like 40-50 mins on Incline at a reasonable speed.
Then when friday comes,I lose it and eat around 5000 cals of junks, mostly sweets.it would be typically like this.
-520g carbs
-140g sugar
-160g fat
I am not gaining weight or losing,it stays the same, already been like this for several months.
Now I would like you guyz to recommend me some drastic changes to this ****ty plan, and I am not looking to lose weight or gain,I wanna keep it the same. And btw my maintenance is 3000 cals.
