How would you guys get 500 g fruits and vegetables per day?
For me so far, mostly fruits because convenience and availability:
250 g bananas
120 g pineapples
130 g (everything else)
As you can see, I don't really like vegetables. I cut up some romaine lettuce once and found dead worms and have been turned off with veggies ever since. I'll eat tomato-based foods, with bell peppers, egg plants, and others. Spinach is also expensive either and not really available. I like pickled cucumbers and radishes, but that's about it.
