Post-workout breakfast doesn’t have to suck!

Am I officially lame if I start taking pictures of my poor-mans food?

I sip on 2 cups of Fairlife chocolate milk while cooking this for aproximately 800 calories. Basically the same theme, doesn’t have to mean boring. There is more to life than chicken, broccoli, and rice.

-olive oil
-vegetable
-hash browns
-meat (Spam, bacon, chicken, ect.)
-sourdough bread (my favorite)
-cheddar, Parmesan
-salt and peppas here in the mix
