Nutrition and supplement info that is NOT BS or sales fluff?????

I am looking for quality reading material regarding requirements for proper nutrition and supplemental products. The issue is nearly all info out there is from some meat head in front of a camera trying to sell 'something', likely having no formal education, but telling how this magical product will do magical things that nothing else will.

I am specifically looking for science and study based articles by qualified health professionals.

Not looking to stir the pot here or insult anyone but I am not primarily interested in being bulky just to be bulky. I come from athletics where muscle function, muscle training, and efficiency is most important to me. I don't think there is much debate that going to a gym every day will make you look and feel better than not doing that!

I guess when I drag up articles, they are promoting a product and show pictures of a guy that has not raised his heart rate in 10yrs, then he gets busy for 6mo and gets a tan, WOW!

I have found some great articles by universities that were really helpful and would like to see if there is some central repository for such info? Like NOT selling anything, just providing scientific facts.
