midnight meal

weight - 106 pounds
height - 5'8.5
age - 21
program - fierce 5
goal- weight gain
calorie intake - 3000

Was 100 pounds before,started seriously eating and working out and gained 6 pounds in 3 month...dunno if fat or muscle cuz i look the fking same in the mirror. Im disappointed. 6 pounds in 3 months looks very under whelming to me if i take in account all the efforts i thew in these 3 months....i even stopped going to college regularly so i could get time to eat as im so severely underweight.

Anyway im thinking of increasing my calorie intake. I seriously have no time in day to eat nor the appetite so after browsing the forums i came across this thing called midnight meal eating which looks worth trying at least once.

So im thinking of preparing a peanut butter milk shake before bed and waking up middle of night to quickly drink it and going back to sleep. And no i cant drink it before going to sleep as i already do that. what do you think about that?

side question- is 150g of peanut butter too much for me? im currently eating around only 40 gram though but thinking of increasing it.
