Hey guys so I wanna start cutting. I did some research on what my macros and calories should be, but I have no Idea how to make a plan that would fit my needs. Im currently a 180lb 5'8" male that burns roughly around 2500 while going to the gym 4 times a week. I would like to be at a calorie deficit between 1000-500 so I decided I would like to be 1650 calories per day. For macros, I wanna be at 180g of protein, 36g of fat and 140g of carbs. I was just wondering if I can get any advice back on these macros, and if you guys are willing to share some meals or your like meal prep that would be amazing. Thank you in advanced
