Long time between my meals

Hello, i have just 2 fast questions.

1.) Does it matter when i eat and how long time is between my meals, if i hit my calorie intake at the end of the day ? I mean i have my breakfast, but sometimes i just dont have time or option to eat (yes, i can go to shop and buy something, but i just like to eat 3 bigger well rounded meals, not that 6 times a day snacking style) , so is it bad to have long time between meals, for example if i eat 3 meals a day, i eat my breakfast and then i eat second meal around the night ?

2.) Last question is about "fasted" training, i have my breakfast, then i go to work, and i came back from work at night and im going to gym. Is it bad to train "fasted" because i had last meals lets say before 8-9 hours ? Yes i have always post-workout meal, but wont it be "catabolic" for muscles to train fasted ? Thanks
