Hi!
I tried being on a paleo/almost keto diet, tried adding protein shakes, collagen powder, stretching after every session etc, and I'm still suffering from under-recovery.
I really, really want to reach a stage where I can train technique every day and doing cardio/weightlifting the same day or every other day.
Giving my inconsistencies (I tend to under-eat), I want to try to really stick to a diet and see how it goes.
Here lies my problem: I live in Cambodia, where some of the items are very costly to purchase, or the quality will be very low.
How do you do, if you live in SEA, to get to a point where to train 2 to 3 times a day? And are any supplements particularly helpful?
Thanks
