Hi guys,
So I have been bulking for a while now and I'm thinking about cutting soon. I've never gone on a cut before and I'm a little worried.
(FWY I'm 27 years old. 6 feet tall and 185 lbs and I'm currently taking 3400 calories) Should I just decrease to my maintainance calorie intake instead of cutting 1000 and see how it goes?
I'm just afraid that if I cut the standard 1000 calories I will loose too much muscle. I'm an extrahard-gainer, It's taken me a lot of effort and time to put on weight and my body
is just weird and it worries me a lot that after starting cutting my body burns all the fat and half my muscle.
