Boring Introduction
Hey guys! I'm 17 years old, 6ft2 (187 cm), 210 lbs (96kg) kid who's been "bulking" for more than 2 years by now. I started out at anorexic 60kg (135 lbs) and increased a lot of muscle mass (judging from the balanced weight progression) along with quite a lot of fat (visceral or not).
I've rarely ever counted my macros during this phase since I was incapable of really over-eating at that age (even 2000 calorie consumption was challenging). But now I'm definitely not skinny anymore and surely need to cut back a little. My goal was to attain 100kg (225 lbs) by March so I think I'm pretty close to that.
Details
My estimated body fat is probably somewhere in the range of 19%-21%. I consume around 3100-3900 calories surplus a day with daily maintenance of 2903, and my macros on average day are ~50/20/20 (carbs, protein, fat). Thus my carbs are pretty high up and my fat intake is considerably low, it should be also considered that I consume a lot of processed carbs - e.g white baguette, chocolate, pasta and oatmeal with cocoa (which I definitely want to eliminate).
But I think it would be better to observe my weekly macro consumption.
