Bulking and building muscle

Hey guys looking for a few pointers completely new to all this planning and just wondering if I got things right. So currently I’m 5ft8 weighing 67.9kg. I literally cook like 3 meals cause that’s all I know how to do properly so for breakfast I’d have like eggs and toast and meals throughout the day is pasta and chicken and rice and chicken. I know I won’t be as advanced as you guys but just wondering if that’s a good start?
