Hey. I’m looking to start eating a little more healthy and I’m confused what foods I should eat and stuff like that. I’m going on a small caloric deficit and I want to cut out all sugar and carbs. A good amount of protein of course, about 160-200 grams. Otherwise I’m not sure. What should I buy at the stores? What should I cook? Is there some sort of collection of good meals online? Thanks.
