Need Help (Weight Gain)

I’ve been working out for about 3 months now. I’m 17 Years old, 125lb, 5.6% body fat, and looking to gain size. My low body fat has had an adverse affect on me and it seems i can’t get enough calories in to keep it up. I don’t wanna quit working out just to gain body fat but i need help in order not to. Any tips on how to gain weight while working out would be greatly appreciated (skip the common “just eat more” phrase) specific food items would help! thank you.
