i have a problem that youve heard of before

hello I am 6'1" 148 lbs at the moment and I have the curse of 155. I used to weigh 175 lbs back in high school when I lifted daily and played hockey. I then got mono and lost 20 lbs I started putting the weight back on and then broke my collar bone started putting it back on and then went to boot camp where I lost the weight again. and here I am in 29 palms CA weighing 148 pounds. and still cant break over 155 I have decent knowledge in what to at the gym and before the gym but my main problem has always been that when I put on weight I don't actually get bigger I look the same at 148 as I do when I weigh 175. and now it becomes even more difficult for me to eat right with food being chosen for me at the chow hall. my question to everyone is what foods should I be eating to put on strength as well as mass. I have done research and what is recommended for skinny individuals such as myself helps me gain weight but I dont get any larger. I get heavy stronger but it is all a very lean muscle which was practical for hockey but now my needs for performance are different and having a big body that can carry very heavy things is required. i currently workout in the evenings after eating, I take 2 scoops of protein daily and consume 1 scoop of dr. jekyll w/creatine. I believe 1 of my problems may be that I cant actually ingest the #of calories I need with only 3 sittings. I used to constantly throughout the day so that I could ingest the reqired calories. my body requires a **** ton of calories. but I cant actually fit a lot in my stomach.
