weight fluctuates.. Need advice.

I'm 5"9.. I weighed 159lbs two months ago, and now weigh 164lbs... I was eating 2500 calories lean bulking, now up to 2650 calories. The problem I have is that my weight fluctatues where one week I can Put up to 1lb one week in weight, the other week I then can lose 2lbs. It's mad. It's annoying me because I eat a strict diet of clean food continuously, hitting my macros, never going below, and sometimes going higher. Should I increase my calories to 3000, or is that too much? I'm on fierce 5 and feel like i'm now not progressing so much and feel it could be because my weight is not continuously growing. I didn't want to go too much calories because my bodyfat isn't the lowest, but on a bulk because I feel i need lean mass before I cut.. What do you think i should do? Cheers.
