Wasn’t sure where to post this but thought here is as good as anything I think. It is known that exact calories aren’t neccesary as we don’t run on 24 hour clocks but instead it’s important to try and average your “daily” intake over 7-10 day windows. My thought/question is do you guys think sleep is similar? 7-8 hours per night is recommended so 50-55 hours of sleep per week. Not saying get like 4 hours a few nights then 12 to catch up but like 6 hours during the week then 10 hours on weekends, if possible. Just looking for thoughts and discussions.
