I've seen by reading threads that after cutting a person should gradually increase their number of calories when bulking instead of eating 3000 calories straight away.
Weighing 132 pounds & 5'8 at 16, I probably eat avg 1000 calories per day of REASONABLE food, maybe less or maybe max 1200. Not junk food. With the workout program I will be following, I am going to be taking in around 2400 calories & 110g of protein. Similar to how people increase their calories when bulking after cutting, should I do the same despite not cutting or just eat more instantly?
