Hi guys I’m looking to bulk and going to be doing the 5x5 StrongLifts programme. I’m 30 5’11 and about 70kg or 154lb. I’ve had a look at bulking diets and it seems generally that 1g of protein per lb of weight is adequate. So 154g of protein a day would be 616 cal from protein. Also kinda worked out I need 88g of fats which gives 800cal. Total of that is only 1416 calories so should the other 1500 cal all come from carbs? That seems a lot. I’m basing this on me needing 3000cal a day. Any help much appreciated thanks
