I'm 15 and trying to bulk up, I'm between an ectomorph or mesomorph, I'm skinny But not skinny fat, I'm around 10 percent body fat. I've heard that it's impossible to lose fat while gaining muscle but I've seen lots of transformations where people have gone from being skinny fat to being lean and muscular. Is this really possible? If so how do I achieve this, do I still eat in a caloric surplus?
