Instances where unhealthy foods can't make you gain fat.

Imagine you're in a situation where you just got back from school and can't find any calorically-dense healthy foods in the fridge and only have spaghetti or a hamburger and you need to meet your 2,000-calorie maintenance before the end of the day, So you take them instead just to hit your daily maintenance. Now, Let's just say what you ate prior were all healthy foods and you just took the hamburger and spaghetti to get to 2,000. I know that if you go over 2,000, you will gain fat and if you go below, you will lose fat. So will you still get fat from eating those oily, fatty foods you got in the fridge even though you didn't exceed your maintenance calories?
