I am cutting and I have to eat 2090 Calories a day, with a activity level of 5 on the freediet calculator.
i've been doing that for 3 days now but I don't know what kind of foods I should eat, i've been eating different for all of
those 3 days. What are the most common healthy foods people use in their diet that I should use?
I've been eating Oat meal ,Pizzas, meal salad, Chinese food, Burgers, Peanutbutter, Meats and more and all those things during the 3 days not in a particular order and filled up my macro's and calories.
Only the first two days I miscalculated and missed 20 proteins but on the third day I met all macro requirements.
Basically I just want to know what foods I should get/eat that most people do for training and If or if I can just eat whatever I want as long as it fits my diet.
