I'm 14 and in my first month of bodybuilding/weight training I'm 5 foot 6 inches and I weigh 117lbs I lift 4 to 5 times a week I'm on a lean bulk and I'm just wondering how much of a caloric surplus should I be in is 200 to 500 okay and what should I be adding the 200 to 500 calories to my BMR wich is 1540 calories or my TDEE wich is 2270. Thanks to any responses.
