Has anyone tried bulking up on this type of diet? I’d like to experiment with it, but I’m having a hard time finding a sample meal plan that I can tweak to fit my own preferences. Does anyone know where I can find something like this? Everything I’ve come across has been keto/weight loss related and this would probably be too high in protein to be considered keto.
