HELP: Newbie trying to bulk

Hello, I am new to training and nutrition. So here are my stats real quick:

Years: 21
Weight: 149 lbs
BF%: 22
TDEE: 2313 (According to the sailrabbit bmr website with light activity) *Note: I don't know if I should set my activity to sedentary as I heard if I set it to this, then I will get a "more" accurate TDEE.

So I am trying to figure out how much of a surplus I add and if I add it to my BMR or TDEE (I think for bulking its between 200-500). Once I get that, I will need to figure out my macros, and I keep getting different information online, and right now I am lost. Plus, I don't know how much weight gain I should be striving for. I want muscle gain of course, but I am fine with both steady and rapid gains. Also can someone explain to me what is wrong with dirty gains? I know I am throwing a lot, but I am lost. Any help will be very much appreciated.
