We know there's two types of muscle fiber types
Ones which help you get more explosive movement and one which is related to stamina.
When you are losing muscle mass which muscle type will be more affected?
Also, if you drop 20lbs (lose muscle mass) and your muscles previously would be the fiber type related to having more endurance for the most part and you go for weightlifting + bulking which would stimulate the muscle fiber related to having more explosive movements and less stamina will you change the type of muscle or the so called "muscle memory" will insist on it being the old type? Hope you understand me lol
