Whatever happened to that Layne Norton study? Was that the one that proved bro science correct and you gotta eat protein every 4 hours to be optimal with muscle growth (and retention during a cut? )

Does that guy still wake up on the middle of the night to drink his protein shake?

And one more question: what was the feeding window for that study? 12 hours? 9? 24 hours?
