I'm currently on my first bulk, eating 1g of protein per pound of body weight, and 0.4g of fat per pound. I'm struggling to eat 350+ grams of carbs each day at my weight. My question is can I lower my carbs down and increase my fat intake? I only eat 68g of fat, would it be bad for me to increase that to 100-110?
