How long should I bulk for

So I'm 19 and been working out for >1 year. Gaining strength came slow so I decided in the last couple months to just eat a ton of food with a general idea of how much protein I'm getting. I take in about 180gs protein a day, and about 3500 calories. Bench went from 140 to 200 and squat went from 180 1RM to 225 for reps, but the fat has been coming too, sitting at about 185lbs when I was 155lbs. So I seem to gain fat and muscle pretty quick but only with a lot of calories, but eventually I want that 6 pack. How long should I bulk for? I'm thinking about cutting down when I hit like 210ish lbs.
