Are protein shakes not a good choice?

I calculated my macros and it’s hard for me to get adequate protein unless I drink protein shakes because of my job. I have no time to heat up pre made meals let alone time to eat it. I drink whey protein isolate 3-4 times a day to help supplement my protein until get home from work. (I work a 12 hour shift) I add nuts for fat and some fruits that are high in carbs so that I’m not just getting protein for 12 hours.

Is it fine to drink this much protein or should I aim towards lean meats to get my protein
