Hi y’all. Newbie and first time poster. I’ve recently started lifting weights and noticed my appetite has increased.
Can someone please explain why? Like, muscles are hungry so feed more?
Background: I have spent the last 7 months losing weight to get to a normal weight. Formally 166 down to 139 at 5’4 (female).
I lost weight by counting and restricting calories. But now I am interested in getting muscular and I am struggling with the concept of introducing more calories into my diet.
