Working out causing depression?

Hi guys

would like some opinions on this. I've been working out for a while and i'm starting to think that weight lifting is giving me depression.

For example yesterday I felt good all day. Good energy, happy, motivated. etc

Yesterday I went to the gym. I was super pumped so had a 2 hour workout. A lot of sets and heavy lifting.
After wards I started feeling depressed, headache and tired. That night I hardly slept and felt over stimulated. Now the next day I feel depressed tired and headache. This happens all hte time.

is this a nutrtion or training issue? or just in my head?
the difference is huge f
