According to the packaging, the rice I'm eating now contains 80g of carbs in every 100g of uncooked rice, which to me seems high (which I'm looking for). However when looking at potatoes, every source I check tells me there's only 12g or so of carbs in every 100g of potatoes which to me seems low considering potatoes are supposed to be high in carbs. Can someone please clarify this for me? Thank you
