Hi Guys,
I used to take extreme carbs powder with my protein after workout but i dont know it adds a lot of water retention. so instead i am taking protein + banana + oat sultas peach mix .. all grinded together.. Is that enough? i dont seem to be gaining size .. i am eating more carbs during day also .. Please can anyone tell me what they take and have seen results?
