I ask this question because there seems to be so many different viewpoints on this. Some say you only need about 0.7g per pound of bodyweight and some say you need as much as 1.5g per pound of bodyweight?
So how much do you really need? Does it change when you want to put on size as opposed to just maintaining and staying lean?
