Hi!
I started working out a while ago. I used the P.H.U.L (Power Hypertrophy Upper Lower) Workout from muscleandstrength.com and made some reasonable strength gains during the first two months. For the last two months, I have not seen any progress on any of the exercises even though I have not made changes to the way I train. What could I be doing wrong? I try to focus on form to make sure I do every exercise correctly. A possible problem could be my nutrition since I am unsure what macro's are good for a lean bulk. I am currently 182cm and 69kg.
