I have been lifting for only about 7 months with proper nutrition, sleep, hydration etc. and did two bulks with a cut in between during November to April and started my most recent cut in late May. I’m a fairly new lifter and am wondering if I should put on more size as an ectomorph through another lean bulk or just cut down further to about 7-9 for the remaining summer??. I’m 18 years old and 173 cm in height.
