Im 40yo male and weigh in at 192lbs and around 20% Body fat . Over the last year ive gone from 228lbs to 192lbs but ive lost a lot of muscle along the way! This is what my nutrition is like:
Cal-1970
Protien-222g
Fat-99g
Carb-49g
Fiber-38g
Sugar-74g
Sodium-2300mg
Macros- Carb 10%/ Fat 45%/ Protien 45%
I crossfit 3-4 days a week strength training 1 Day a week.
My end goal is to be 185-190lbs 10-12% body fat.
Can someone help me with adjusting my nutrition numbers and macros so I can make this goal?
