Gains stalled lack of energy after starting new job

I started a new job for a removal company 3 weeks ago, i am lifting furniture and various other heavy items all day every day, my whole body aches and i am super tired and have no energy by the time i get home so i have started going to the gym first thing in the morning before work my progress has totally stalled i have been eating more and have gained 2lbs, i am worried this job is killing my gains completely and making me over trained, will be body eventually adapt? has anybody else worked in a similar field?
