So, today I bought and drank (GMO-free) milk from the cow breed called Jersey.
It is has more fat, protein, and a bunch of nutrients (vitamin-d, calcium), when compared to standard milk.
Its stats per 250g/ml:
200kcal
12.5g fat (8.2 saturated)
12g sugar
9.7g protein
It tastes well, and made me feel quite energetic.
Do any of you also drink this sort of milk?
This thing seems totally superior to normal milk, for let's say bulking, is there any reason not to replace standard milk with this one entirely in a diet?
