HIIT vs LISS

I’m on cut, about a 500 calories below maintenance.
Mon/thurs
Bench 5x3-4
OHP 3x3-4
Monday- pendlay row 5x5-6/thurs- pull-ups 5x5-6
Tue/Friday
Squat 5x3-4
DL 2x3-4
RDL 3x5x6

Should I do LISS or HITt on my off days? I was thinking LISS because it pulls from your fat reserves instead of HITT which depletes gycolgen reserves and taxes CNS.
